1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 cup parsley -- minced
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
10 ounces crab meat -- lump
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese -- shredded
1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts or bottoms -- chopped
1 large Boboli bread
Combine all ingredients except bread.
warm the bread for 5 minutes in a 250 degree oven.
Spread mixture on the bread and broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This decadent lovely appetizer is almost a crab dip.
